Import of raw material and export of the same after process

Hi,
My client imports raw material from his customer at free of cost and after doing some manufacturing process on the raw material they export the manufactured good to the same customer.
Now
1.whether customs duty needs to be paid on raw material at the time of import,if so on what value?
2.What amount shall be shown in shipping bill at the time of export?

Mr. Reddy,
if you wish to export the goods through the ADVANCE LICENCE then can take the Drawback the paying duties @ export ,otherwise paid it.
@ time of export no duty applicable but applicable in case if re-export.
