26 January 2017 we have registered VAT, CST , IEC CODE, we would like to purchase material from other country VAT , CST & IEC CODE is enough or any other registration required please let me know.

31 January 2017 Check ITC (HS) 2017 Schedule -I to know the import policy of item which you want to import. If the item is restricted for import you need RCMC from Export Promotion Council besides import Authorization from DGFT, New Delhi.
