I want to know how to apply for Import Export License.What is the legal requirement a company should fulfil.

09 October 2013 i would like to inform you that before export import the entity must IEC HOLDER.

after take IEC from the RJDGFT ,ISSUE FOR R.C.M.C. FROM CONCERNED EXPORT COUNCIL FOR dgft incentive.

then apply for Digital key for issuance the any export licence from the CONCERNED RDGFT

10 October 2013 Sir IEC is necessary for IT Company?Our Company provides E-Commerce services.Actually I was filling a form of foreign inward remittance and at the end of the form I found I.E.Code.
