IMPORT EXPORT LICENSE

19 December 2008 We have obtained Import Export Code and is there any need to apply for Export License separately?

What is the period of validity of IEC and there is no information about such validity period in IEC application form.

Please suggest me on this.........

23 December 2008 Yes there is no validity period, it will be valid till ur company runs.

Importer Exporter Code is only the number which will be alloted to ur company in DGFT records.

Hence u have to apply for Licence seperately.
