02 February 2013 HI,

I newly started my consulting firm and hold IEC code too.

I want to import Aluminum Scrap (Ch. 7602) and trade locally. Also plan to manufacturing after that with import materials.

Also wanna import bamboo stick (Ch. 1401) for trade and/or manufacturing.

Now I want to know slab of duties and exemption procedure etc on scraps (aluminum and others) and bamboo stick as a trader and/or end user-manufacturer.

Kindly resolve my query please.

What is Notification-Slno 012/2012-1 stand for and who can use it?

When checking that custom & cvd charges changed?

Here wanna import for trade and manufacturing purpose.

08 February 2013 it seems that you wanted to import without any custom duty hence you must apply for advance licence.
