I want to know how can I import Food Item from Nepal? What will be the Import Duty Rate? Please help me

PLEASE HIRE A CHA IN THIS CASE, AND NO CHAOS.
AS PER HAND BOOK OF PROCEDURE VOL-1(2009-2014) PARA NO.2.2 "UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED , IMPORT EXPORT WILL BE VALID FROM / TO ANY COUNTRY . ABOVE PROVISIONS SHALL, HOWEVER, BE SUBJECT TO ALL CONDITIONALITY, OR REQUIREMENT OF AUTHORISATION / LICENCE AS REQUIRED UNDER SCHEDULE 1 AND OR SCHEDULE -II OF ITC (HC)
ADVACE LICENCE AND EPCG ARE TWO SCHEME FOR THIS , AND FOR EXPORTERS. AFTER SUBMIT IN DGFT, SOME DOCUMENTS AS PRESCRIBED BY DGFT,/ AUTHORITY ISSUE THIS LICENCE .
