09 September 2011 anyone tell me, we are a dealer.when import goods and duty is paid by us, then same goods is sold. then tell me above duty is passed on.

10 September 2011 after getting yourself registered as a "dealer under excise rules" you can pass on the "CVD + Edu Cess+ S&HS Edu Cess" under cover of dealer invoice.
