13 December 2008 How to Import Data within Tally. The Tally Screen should not be closed. The Question is to import data from one company to other within Tally?

22 December 2008 Can i know whether you want entire data like the masters and transactions which you have entered like the voucher entries you have made in the company?

21 February 2009 Procedure for importing masters from one company to another company.
(For eg: Masters Of Company A to Company B

1. Open Company B.
2. Open Company A.

In Company A.

Go to - Accounts info - Groups - Mulitle Groups - Alter .

You will get a list of all the groups

Press f3 - Select company B .

Press CTRL+A.

All the Groups of Company A Will be transfered to company b.

Follow Same Procedure For Items , Units Of Measures, Costcenters Ledgers , Vouchers. etc.
(Ps: In order to Import Vouchers, please Import All the Masters First.)
