we are exporter of automobile lighting . we want to import BMC Mould from taiwan without bringing the goods to indian port. is it possible? if yes, then how can we do have to take any prior permission from any government authority for this?

You said uou are an exporter and want to import mould without bringing to indian port. This does not make sense. Without bringing into India you can not import. The basic term import means bringing to India goods originated in a foreign Country.
