I want to import TABLET, I-phone as a some sample from China. Now, IEC code is require? And do I have pay any import duty ? & How can I send payment to China ?

as per provision laid down in handbook of procedures vol-1 para 2.8(iii) the IEC is exempt if they are importing For personal use / agriculture purpose
