we have not proper bill of entry.which documents we submitt in bank after import materials?or what is the processure to submit the documents?

You have to submit exchange control copy of bill of entry evidencing imports within 3 months after import. Alternatively you may give declaration or a certificate from your auditor stating that goods have been imported.
