should i register myself in CA final considering the fact that revised syallabus of ICAI shall be implemented from 2019?
note: my relevant attempt falls due on Nov 2019

What ever is the current scheme, enroll for it so that you do not miss out your final examination attempt due to waiting for new syllabus to kick in. Once ICAI decides to roll out the date, it will have clear cut guidelines for all existing and prospective students as to what needs to be done, so don't worry and go ahead and register under the current syllabus.
