26 October 2009 can any one tell me what r its consequences?

one of my friend who is a CA now had done simultaneously a regular course(9.00am to 5.00 pm) of 18 months during his articleship period without submitting form 112. Is there any condonation for delay in submitting form 112 as well as breach of regulation 65as to studying other regular courses during articleship period?

27 October 2009 yes , withsuch cases , our institute has made provision as regards , condonation of delay , in detail u may find it in september 2009 edition "the chartered accountant" journal , in which icai has specified some sort of fines for such cases of condonation , kindly go thru it

28 October 2009 THANKS SIR BUT I KINDLY REQUEST U TO READ THE NOTIFICATION AGAIN AS THE CONDONATION WAS FOR NON SUBMISSION OF FORM 112 AND IN THIS CASE IT IS VIOLATION OF OFFICE TIMINGS AMOUNTING TO DUMMY ARTICLES. SO IN SUCH A CASE WHERE THERE IS BOTH BREACH OF REGULATION 65 AS TO FILING OF FORM 112 AS WELL AS BREACH OF OFFICE TIMINGS, WOULD CONCEALING OF THE REGULAR COURSE HELP THE PERSON IN THIS CASE ?
