Can anyone guide me what kind of study material is provided by ACCA UK for IFRS .Wheteher it is only the BARE ACT .

ACCA doesnot issue any study material. It has partnered with ATC International for providing study material for IFRS Programme.
The study material provided by ATC is in form of a text book. It is not like a bare act.
