Whats the Difference between IND AS and IFRS/IAS?

ind as is based on standard on auditing and accounting standard accepted in india while IFRS is a common accepted in worldwide, generally USA based companies prefer IFRS.
some AS and IFRS is different like object, procedure, etc.
