If taxes not paid through on-line ?

A person cover u/s 44AB but if he do not pay the taxes on-line. Is there any provision for penalty ? if yes, under which section ?

There is no provision for penalty. Only thing is before the assesing officer you should request for condonation which they will give automatically.
