08 May 2012 One of our parner is having IEC code. can we use this IEC to import goods for our patnership firm ? or can we modify the registration details and convert the same for partnership firm ?

pls, guide us.

noted that one IEC code is issued in respect on one PAN card.

you import if you are in this partnership firm

if you wish to started your business u can provide your PAN card and application and mentioned documents as per prescribed by CONCERNED DGFT.
