One of our parner is having IEC code. can we use this IEC to import goods for our patnership firm ? or can we modify the registration details and convert the same for partnership firm ?

noted that one IEC code is issued in respect on one PAN card.
you import if you are in this partnership firm
if you wish to started your business u can provide your PAN card and application and mentioned documents as per prescribed by CONCERNED DGFT.
