07 November 2008 Hi Friends,

I have a querry regarding IEC code addition of the address.. see the case is like we have an registered office in Banglore where we dont have any operations, we are operating from pune. In our existing IEC code we have added our current Pune address as branch office (existing IEC contain 2 Addresses) now we are moving to New premises in pune itself and custom bonding procedure is going on. The custom peoples are asking for the IEC code copy in which our new address should mentioned. Please suggest me what will be the procedure to add a new address to IEC code. also please suggest if anybody you know from banglore can do this work for us. we are looking for any professional. waiting for reply.

Your message is little bit confusing, but reading twice, i came to know that
your IEC already contains 2 addresses
one is ur pune office address and another is at banglore, and now you have changed ur address in pune, hence you to modify the address in IEC.

1) In my view, you dosen't require any modifications because u have changed in pune itself, but not out of pune.

2) If then also you want to change, you have file ANF-2A, with showing proof of address (i.e.new address).

I know one consultant at pune, who has done our work at dgft, pune.
