We want to add 2 new address (of a private company)in the IEC code.

Can you please guide me for the same.

I mean, what is the procedure for the same?

27 September 2011 fill up the ANF-2A FORM AND SUBMIT IN YOUR CONCERNED REGIONAL LICENSING AUTHORITY.

PLEASE NOTED THAT:

No fee is chargeable for modification in IEC, if informed within 90 days of
such changes. After 90 days, a fee of Rs. 1000/- is charged.

form anf-2A can be downloaded from website (how to obtain iec option) or can be obtained from counter at Zonal JDGFT (CLA) office.

On the basis of IEC, companies can obtain various benefits on their
exports/imports from DGFT, Customs, Export Promotion Council etc.
