I am filing application for iec online, after filling information for master file, there is showing an error " task could not be completed " please suggest me reason for that..

Actually now a days DGFT are upgrading the various programes and server is down.
you are advise to manually file the IEC application for quickly work...

But when I talked with dgft officer, he didn't replied anything like that,
I try to consider your advice, but manually filing is valid or not, I am not sure about that..
