23 June 2013 Iam ipcc student.iam shifted from chandigarh to banglore due to transfer of my father therefore i need to change my address to new address with new one.I had contact for same to regional center but they told me that to contact delhi.
Now can anyone please tell me

1.e-mail id of icai secretary(delhi)
2.postal address of icai secretary(delhi)

so,that i can made communication to entertain my query.
