Icai discrimination

12 September 2014 Recently i came to know that an email has been setup for students at each region to clarify the queries. On the 8th of Sept i had sent a mail asking details about industrial training and i have not received and response as of date.

But on the 10th of Sept i sent the same mail through a female friend's ID and i got a response on the 11th of Sept.

To confirm my doubt i sent another mail from both our IDs again and the person has responded my friends ID the very next and completely ignored my mail.

Why this discrimination? Who should i complain [as a male] to get this sorted out?
