Please advice if a cash is paid to purchase shares which will be given to employees at the end of vesting period as per IFRS 2, where it will be shown in Cash Flow Statement - Operating, Investing of Finanacing Activities.

Per my understanding, it would come under Cash flow from Investing activities.
