05 January 2013 Respected Sir I am Shiddappa Puttannanavar Bcom graduate with 11 years work experience as data entry, Administration, Accounting. Now I am searching for accounting job in Bangalore special in IT filed. I am very familiar with Tally 9.0, Sales Entry, Purchase Entry, Bank Entry, Stock Maintance, Journal Entry, and Finalization of Account in Tally. but my problem is that I cant speak ENGLISH fluent but speak manageable so I didn't get account job even searching hard since 6 month in Banglaore So please tell me how can I get Accounting job in IT company please help me

05 January 2013 Join some class to develope the soft skill.... english speaking. That should not matter much. Try for back end IT jobs where fluency in English is not a key factor.
