I have to transfer ram material to our sister unit

11 February 2016 we have one raw material which is non excisable.
we have to transfer the same to pur sister unit.
can i reverse 6% on the same aganist Cenvat reversal of non-excisable goods under Rule 6 of CENVAT Credit Rules, 2004 [w.e.f. 1-3-2015]

13 February 2016 Reversal would be applicable if you clear exempt final product which was made of cenvatable raw material. In your case it seems that no need to reverse
