we have one raw material which is non excisable.
we have to transfer the same to pur sister unit.
can i reverse 6% on the same aganist Cenvat reversal of non-excisable goods under Rule 6 of CENVAT Credit Rules, 2004 [w.e.f. 1-3-2015]

Reversal would be applicable if you clear exempt final product which was made of cenvatable raw material. In your case it seems that no need to reverse
