we are filling our income tax returns on wrong pan number from last 10 yrs there is only mistake in last 2 digits what should i do now? whether they will charge penalty or what?

Before asking by the department for penalties; you should immediately approach on your side that the mistake committed was not intentional and not to avoid tax or making excessive claims for income tax refunds.
It also seems that you have not paid any tax so far.
Better if you approach your consultant.

agree with surendra...its long time mistakes continues... so you have to contact your consultant and go with the right manner...to the IT Dept.
