I have a refund in Financial year 2013-14, But i haven't filed my return for that till now.

since i cannot file my return for that year,
then how i would be able to take refund for f8nancial year 2013-14

Hello Sir,
You can approach the ITO and request him to issue you a notice against which you can file your return in reply and claim your refund.
Thats the only option. Suggested only when you are very clean or else may prove fatal.
