24 June 2013 If you are unable to reset the password with secret question and other options provided in forgot password link..you can rest password with below procedure

Please send a mail to validate@incometaxindia.gov.in with the following details

1)PAN

2)PAN HOLDER NAME

3)DATE OF BIRTH / DATE OF INCORPORATION

4)FATHER NAME

5)REGISTERED PAN ADDRESS

with in a day you will get a response mail making your PAN number as your default password.
