one of our clients have forgot thier password and security question.they are filling e- return for first time. how to access their account

If you are unable to reset the password with secret question and other options provided in forgot password link..you can rest password with below procedure
Please send a mail to validate@incometaxindia.gov.in with the following details
1)PAN
2)PAN HOLDER NAME
3)DATE OF BIRTH / DATE OF INCORPORATION
4)FATHER NAME
5)REGISTERED PAN ADDRESS
with in a day you will get a response mail making your PAN number as your default password.
