21 August 2014 1) while making partition of HUF, is it compulsory to make deed of Partition

2) If a person is having Indian passport, but he is NRI and stays abroad then which address to be mentioned in the deeed of partition

3) If person having foreign passport but stays in other foreign country then which add to be mentioned in the deed.
