I HAVE A QUERY REGARDING PAN APPLICATION FOR HUF . IF A ''NRI'', HAVING ITS OWN PAN AND WANTS TO CREATE HUF ,THEN CAN HE AVAIL PAN FOR ITS HUF. IF YES, THEN WHAT DOCUMENTS WILL BE REQUIRED.

15 September 2017 Yes, he can apply for PAN card for his HUF.
Apart from the usual documents like Passport of the Karta, a affidavit made by karta of HUF stating name, father's name and address of all coparceners is required.
