CAN HUF BE CREATED BY A PERSON WHO HAS ONLY DAUGHTERS AND HAVING ANSCETRAL PROPERTY INHERITED FROM HIS FATHER ?

Yes. Daughters are recognised as a coparceners in father's HUF since 2005.
In fact, HUF can be created by a single hindu as long as there is possibility of adding a son or daughter in the family in nature or by law.
