I want to create HUF of my parents and I had few question on creation of HUF.
1. Does affidavit for creation of HUF be executed on stamp paper, if yes, at what value?
2. Can anyone please send me HUF deed.
3. Which date can I put as date of creation of HUF? Can it be date of marriage? if no what are other options?
Please reply to above queries ASAP.

Yes, Generally on Rs. 50/- or 100/- stamp paper, which differs from state to state.
