HUF as a partner/purchase a property

17 February 2010 I have two questions:
1. Can HUF be a partner in a partnership firm?
2. Can 2 HUF's purchase a property in joint name?

18 February 2010 HUF cannot become a partner in a partnership firm.

2 huf's can buy porperty jointly.
