We have notarized the Affidavit (HUF) but not on stamp paper.
is there any problem?

Payment of Stamp duty is mandatory to make any document valid in the eyes of law. Hence it is advisable to print the affidavit on stamp paper and get it notarized again or pay stamp duty online and attach with it.

You may even affix a Special Adhesive Stamp of requisite value on that paper.
