Dear Experts,
Pls tell me whether we can give or take commission on sales to or from HUF (i.e. person holding a/c in Hindu undivided family) what are the rules of HUF to create & to operate?.
Pls suggest.

HUF means Hindu Undivided Family. So a person have to be of Hindu religion. He is married and have at least a child to create HUF.
HUF is the different identity from its karta and its members. So a member can give or take commission on sales to or from HUF.
