14 January 2012 While making partiton of the assets of Huf,is it necessary to
distribute all the assets equally among all the members including
female member(my wife) or can I give more share to one of the members?

14 January 2012 On the partition of HUF, where member has a equal right of assets. however when a member of huf give a consent to alot his/her share of property to other member then only the proportion can be differed.
After written consent of all other members of HUF you can alot more to your wife.
