i have made my HUF Pan card... date of of creation 01/01/2016... can i file income tax return of AY 2014-15 & AY 2015-16??? of above HUF account... will there by any penalty.?? plzz help...

Since the date of formation is 1.1.16 so the return can not be filed for ay 14-15 & 15-16.
As a person can not earn before its birth or existence.
