25 February 2014 Mr. A IS KARTA OF HUF.
AND HE DIED IN AUG 2013. HE WAS HAVING 2 SONS AND 2 MARRIED DAUGHTER AND ONE WIFE.

HIS TWO SONS ALREADY HAVING OWN HUF.
NOW MY QUESTION IS THAT Rs 15 LAC CAPITAL IN HUF.
NOW IN WHICH MANNER I CAN DIVIDE IT

All son & daughters (whetehr married or not) are co-parcener in fathers HUF & are entitle for equal rights on division of HUF.

28 February 2014 Technically the eldest son becomes the Karta of the deceased father's HUF. Hence the eldest son will be the Karta of TWO HUFs.

If the assets of the deceased father's HUF are to be distributed you would need to disolve and / or partition the HUF and divide the assets accordingly.
