Whether after succession of huf ,the coparncer changes and also can one person be karta in two different huf at same time?

Yes a person can be karta in two different HUF at same time...
For Eg. If karta of an HUF dies, the elder male member becomes karta of that HUF.. If that elder member is also having his HUF then he will be karta of his fathers HUF after death of his father and his own HUF...
