Whether Self acquired property and running business of deceased who dies intestate can be claimed by his only alive son in his HUF by forming his Individual HUF after his fathers death?

Depending on the will of the person it has to be decided. Since the property is self acquired property he can give a diretion as he likes and if he has written a will that the benefit should reach is son, daugher in law, grandson or granddaughter and also he can include future generation. In that case huf will be created automatically otherwise the entire assets should go to the individual.
