28 October 2017 Mr. A is a sole proprietor and has an office in a building owned by his wife and his son equally. Mr. A pays Rs. 2500/- per month as rent to his wife and Rs. 2500/- per month to his son. Is Mr. A liable to pay RCM for paying rent? If yes, then what will be the HSN code?

28 October 2017 As of know RCM is suspended till 31st of March,2018
As per RCM provisions exemption is per day 5000
So pay Rent on different dates so per day exemtion will be available as payment is below 5000 & not liable to pay tax on RCM
