08 June 2022 Dear All,

Our is an LLP Organization. We deal in one products i.e. Cameras. The correct HSN code for it is 85258020, but we have entered the wrong HSN code i.e. 85444992. We have entered the wrong HSN code in all our sales invoice pertaining to Fin Year 2021-22. Please suggest the remedy and what will be the consequences for the same.

10 June 2022 If you are filed correct HSN code in GSTR-1 then I think you should issue and resolution on organization letter head with signed and stamp and same will be issue to your all clients. But if you not filed correct HSN code in GSTR-1 then you need to amend all your invoices in current financial year and issue resolution to your clients. But any case you cannot amend you invoice so for safety purpose for future you should communicate to your client for your and their safeguard.
