Hello Sir/Madam,
I have a one query related to HRA..can I take a benefit if I am in shared accommodation. My name also in rent agreements. if I am paying 50 % of rent so can I take submit 50% ka rent receipt for HRA..& my amount is below 1lac so can I provide my landlord copy or not..

yes you can claim if you have rent receipts and rent agreement.

ok ...............if you pay rent Rs.10000/- in year then you have to take PAN card of the landlord
