What proof should be produced to claiming exumption under HRA. Is it mandotary requirement to produce both lease agreement and rent receipt & details of PAN card of landlord in rent receipt.

In case you are deposit your tax directly to the gov. then at the time of depositing tax or filing ITR, you should not need to give any proof, but the same should be provided to income tax officials on requirement.
In case, you are working then you will have to provide these proofs to your employer as TDS liability has been levied on employer by the govt. and this is employer's liability that he deduct correct tax amount.
