Hi,
I have an query regarding exemption u/s 10 for HRA deduction from employer. can we claim HRA exemption during submitting annual return even after my employer not giving me HRA exemption in form 16.
Please advise.

Yes you can claim provided you have with you proper proof of House rent paid.(while filing returns you have to recalculate your income claiming hra benefit)
