HRA Exemption

15 October 2008 Can HRA exemption be gratned to Employee who is paying rent for his dependent parnets who are living in Jammu while the employee himselfis living in Delhi, a House which he has purchased on loan from Bank and also claiming rebate under section 24.

Please guide with givng relevant case law or section reference.
