27 August 2010 Can a salaried employee claim HRA and also loss on self occupied property at the same time?(The properties are at two different places)

27 August 2010 Yes. If the employee staying other places due to his employement reasons the house property can be considered as SOP u/s.23(2b) and HRA also can be claimed
