Can a salaried employee claim HRA and also loss on self occupied property at the same time?(The properties are at two different places)

Yes. If the employee staying other places due to his employement reasons the house property can be considered as SOP u/s.23(2b) and HRA also can be claimed

In case they are sitauted in different cities or are located atleast 50 kms from each other both can be claimed.
