Is int on Borrwing housing loan on self oocupied upto 30000?

If the loan is taken for construction or acquisition of the house on or after 1.04.99 and the same is completed within 3yrs from the year in which the capital is borrowed, then the int paid or payable is allowed max 150000.
If taken prior 1.04.99 then max 30000.
If taken prior 1.04.99 then max 30000.
