Hi Friends,
I have not submitted any rent agreement or rent receipts to company during PY 11-12. So company deducted my tax accordingly without giving me benefit of HRA. Can I claim HRA exemption while filing my returns as I have everything rent receipts n Rent agreement for same period...

Yes you can claim HRA if you paid rent and have documentary evidences....even if your employer had not given any benefit.....
