Mr. Aditya, a practicing CA is appointed as a tax cunsultant of SHREE Ltd. in which his father Mr.Gajanan is the MD.

THere is no problem for him to act as a cosultant (advisor) as long as he does not sign any financial statement. He has to also see wheher the compliance of section 297/299 300, 301 and 314 is applicable.
